What are your prices? Pay per session $90 1 hour. Prepaid sessions; 3 sessions $255, 5 sessions $400, 10 sessions $700. 

Do you have half hour sessions? Yes; depending on where you live. If you are more than 30 mins away from the Exeter NH area, half hour sessions will not be available. Contact for pricing.

Can I have a friend/spouse join me? Yes! It is $20 per person to add on. You can split the price with your friend/spouse to help with the cost.

Can we meet first? Absolutely! I highly recommend meeting for a FREE consultation first to see if we are a good fit for each other. ~ 30 minute consult.

What do we do in a training session? Generally, we focus on strength and core training. My main objective during our sessions is to help you understand the correct way to do the prescribed exercises. Most programs will require you to continue these exercise throughout the week on your own after we meet. Although on occasion I will help with the mechanics of various cardio exercises, however, cardio should be done on your own. This maximizes the value of our time together working on parts of the exercise that can be improved through direct coaching. I often help guide stretching and foam rolling techniques. 

Can you help ME? Yes! I have worked with different people of ages (5-70), fitness levels (office worker, weekend warrior, athlete), injuries (knees, shoulders, hips, back, hands, neck, feet, spine, TBI), and diseases (cancers, arthritis-OA RA, diabetes, heart disease, obesity). Also, vegetarians and vegans for nutrition. 

I hate cardio/strength training. Do I have to do it? Yup! If you want to achieve your goals, you need all forms of exercise including cardiovascular training, strength training, core training and stretching/foam rolling. They all work together and you are only as strong as your weakest link.
